It's not until recently that we could study these frequencies, and craft them in ways that are beneficial to us all.

Who Am I?
My name is Steven Garret and I've been hugely interested in and fascinated by the concept of healing frequencies and sound vibrations and how they affect the human condition for a long time now.
This is my venture into the world of publicly airing my own views, opinions and sharing my knowledge and experience with others via this website.
